For homeowners

Your receipts are already in your inbox.

You've been building a record of what you own for years without knowing it. Indemnia reads your email — read-only, it can't send or change anything — and turns those purchases into a documented inventory. Nothing to type. Nothing to remember later.

Already dealing with a claim?

You don't need months of history to start. Bring what you have — photos, receipts, the carrier's own depreciation schedule — and we'll help you build a loss report from it.

Start from a loss

Three ways the record builds

Email receipts

Gmail, Outlook and Yahoo. Runs in the background and keeps going — new purchases land on their own.

Photos

Point your phone at a room. Indemnia identifies what's in it, and you confirm what's right.

Paper receipts

Scan the ones that never had an email — the appliance, the rug, the thing from the estate sale.

Nothing becomes part of your record until you say so. That review step is why the record holds up later.

When it matters, it's already done

A loss report with replacement cost, depreciation and Actual Cash Value for every item — with the receipt attached to the line it proves. The maths is shown, not asserted, because a schedule your adjuster can check is a schedule that survives being checked.

  • Replacement cost, depreciation and ACV per line
  • Proof attached to the item it substantiates
  • Tracks the depreciation the carrier still owes you after you replace

And whether you're covered at all

Scan your policy and Indemnia reads the limits and sublimits — then tells you where what you own has outgrown what you're covered for, and what to do about it. Most people find this out at the worst possible moment.

What we do and don't touch

Read-only access. Indemnia can't send mail, change anything, or delete anything. It looks for receipts and ignores the rest. Your record is private to your household, it's yours to export at any time, and disconnecting takes one click.
